Amazing team of professionals that offer fast and courteous service! Needed my car jumped in the Farmingdale/Bethpage area through AAA. Technician arrived LESS than 20 minutes later!! And had me back on the road in no time at all! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but Thank you so much!

AAA told me that they were coming for 2 1/2 hrs when they came they didn’t stop drive the opposite way chased driver down in our other car he said he wouldn’t pick up car because it was submerged in water it was NOT!!! Told me he had another job and would not come and get us! He lied and said cops told him that he couldn’t pick us up I went back to my other car and the police officers stated”that he had not come by them or asked to” Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met! A complete liar he would have been able to see that the water was not near the car if he actually got out to look!

Joey D. performed an outstanding job on taking care of us and protecting our family as we watched him use every angle, every position, every tool, and every technical-mechanical way that requires ingenuity to tow my son's car. He problem solved every solution to make sure that the car was transported with precision. Joey D. took a frustrating, stressful moment and provided a patient, reassuring calmness while simultaneously working to get the car on the flatbed and comforting my overwhelmed teenager. Joey D. has an extraordinary work ethic paired with an empathetic sense of understanding for people in distress. Having used All County Towing & Auto Body Towing many many times, Joey D. is the most sincere and compassionate person that I would request to come help and save any one of my family members.

Luis was fantastic! He quickly figured out the problem and replaced my battery in just 20 minutes. His service was top-notch, and his response time was impressive. He definitely made dealing with the issue a lot easier.

AAA battery service- Anthony arrived very soon after I placed the service request. He knows his stuff. Had my car started within minutes, and made sure it was good to go.

I was stuck with my car Saturday nite and another towing company came and the guy was terrible and not helpful at all and he left me in a parking lot with a dead battery, I called back several times and nobody show up until 12 hours later which Tommy came from All County Towing, He was so Amazing, Very Helpful, Kind and Very Friendly! He started my car in 2 seconds and towed it to my mechanic! I highly recommend this place 100% and give them 10 stars! Thank You so much Tommy!

I very unexpectedly got stuck out on Long Island right before Christmas. In a panic I had to get my car to a dealership to get it fixed. When Tommy arrived from all county towing, my mind was put to rest by his reassurance. My car was safely delivered to the dealership and I was able to pick up my car with no problem. He was kind and it cost me nothing because I have AAA.I highly recommend all county towing! Thank you for saving my night

This company took my the AAA call for a flatbed tow to pick up my Tesla Model S from Tesla Service Center in Syosset, NY to my home. The driver picked it up with no issues but when dropping it off, he left the tow hook on the bed while releasing the car down off the ramp which destroyed my REAL carbon fiber diffuser. I have video and pictures of the event and damages. I spoke with one of the owners, Joe (he called himself FDNY Joe) who I had a cordial conversation with and he agreed that he will take care of the damages. I sent him a link to the same diffuser showing him the price. After a week or so of not hearing back, I called and sent emails. I finally speak to a representative there and he said I would have to buy the diffuser out of my own pocket, bring my car to him, wait for him to install it and then he would pay for it. I do not live near his shop nor do I need to be inconvenienced like that for a mistake they made. I only asked for compensation for the diffuser because I only like to deal with a body shop I have been dealing with locally for the past 18 years. I even sent him a link to the lowest price version of the diffuser I have which is far less than what I paid for it a year ago to be fair to him since he said he was a FDNY firefighter and a Veteran. I could have been nasty but its all good. What goes around comes around no matter what titles you hold. Learn to uphold your word and respect people and their property by doing the right thing. If you would like like to do the right thing and settle your debt as we discussed over the phone, I am still open to it. If you want to escalate it, I have the video of the damage being done, the phone conversation audio, and emails. I'm not ordering the diffuser with money out of my pocket, nor am I bringing my car 25 miles to your shop to replace it at my inconvenience. The ball is in your court.Service: Car towing
