The worker there was so rude! You try to explain something and she cuts you off, not letting you continue. Using her phone and airpods while working and not paying attention to us. We were taking a short time trying to organize and identify the packages and with the most nastiest attitude she was like “this is what we not gonna do” and forced us to give in all the packages at the window. Girl. Oh lets not to mention they’re never there and when you ring the bell they take a longggggg min to get there

Says there open at 9am, I walk in at 9:20 no one is at the desk. I ring the bell and wait another 5 minutes and still no one is there. The person behind me who was also waiting for 10 minutes said “this location usually does stuff like this”. That place is garbage just save yourself time by going a little further out to a different location.

Horrible experience, would recommend to go to another location. Staff shows no customer service at all and especially to the hispanic community, etc.

The most unprofessional action! I put a card in my cousin’s mailbox about 4:30 pm. Our mail usually comes as early as 11:00 am. If the card didn’t have an address or postage, WHY WOULD YOU TAKE IT??? I am very disappointed because I know we have responsible people that work there. I do have the postman on video but I won’t accuse him personally because I don’t know if he wrote this.

Was in there an hour ago and the clerk that was at the front counter was very rude with a horrible attitude! She doesn’t need to be working there with people if she going to have that type of mentality

The women postal clerks at window were nice and were helpful to me with answering my questions. The Supervisor Chris helped me one day to get my mail to my door when I was feeling sick and in pain. Thank you.

I watched my mailman one day drive right passed my house because the sprinklers was on, so i went outside to shut off thinking he would come back and deliver mail but boy was i wrong.
