NASTY WOMAN...Not the nice Indian woman and not the Dude...He is solid. It's EVERYTIME with her. If you like this kind of stuff just go there when she is working and watch how she "works" the crowd. Also, go in when anyone else is working and it's all smiles and very professional.

I’m experiencing delays with my mail. The app will tell me I’m receiving something and then when time comes.. there’s nothing in my mailbox, can someone explain to me why this is happening ?

In the post office sending out priority boxes and was not allowed to use the priority tape that should be free with the box. The priority tape is sitting behind the counter. The post office clerk explain to me that we’re not even allowed to use the tape as if I was coming in in in there with my own box. When I last checked I thought the box is free and if I’m using something priority mail the tape should be a part of that too with the tape that got priority written all over it. I didn’t get an attitude. What did I do that at? It’s just like being at the post office and Wyandanch. They said we go in there, they didn’t even have boxes let alone labels that you can use to to label your priority box. What happened to customer service?.

Just wanted to acknowledge the courteous servi e I always receive when ever I use the Wheatley Heights Post Office. Postal worker Sam is very helpful and always greets you with a smile. Please recognize him for his extraordinary service . He deserves kudos for making a trip to the Post Office a pleasurable experience..

To the woman that works at the post office, GET OFF YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. Came to this post office around 2:00pm today. As always, this woman is walking around with her ear buds in, chatting away on the phone to her friends. Friends. No, not the post office phone, speaking with customers. No it wasn't a doctor because she was cussing and laughing up a storm. She doesn't even talk to the customers. She just chats away on her phone and acts like the customers aren't even there. Unbelievable. This isn't even the first time! I've met the two other people that work at this post office. The man, Sam I believe his name is, is great. And the other woman with glasses is very nice. But lately, I've had the bad luck of having to deal with this other person while I've come here. You can't even ask her a question without her giving attitude, as if you are interrupting her. I once stood in a line for 20 minutes while customers were waiting, while she hung out in the back on her phone, with her earbuds in, gossiping, cussing, laughing. ABSOLUTELY NO customer service from this woman. Not professional. Tons of attitude like she doesn't even want to be there.

HORRIBLE!!! drive way to fast needed to get a package out for my business, got the at 5:25 as per while i was standing through the first door, the second was locked, and a man came out and said sorry we are closed, i said it's 5:25????? he said the truck already left....... GREAT JOB USPS with staffing..... never go there again, PURE LAZINESS......
