BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited two months for them to get the parts and their techs schedule but didn't show up three times... three times!! no excuse

Started a Job to replace an electric start on my Thermador Stove Top and disappeared after having me by the parts ... Never answer their phones ... next step is to show up at their offices to find out what is going ... maybe they are out of business ...

If you have the choice to junk your costly appliance or have RTV service it. Junk it.. RTV does not answer the phone, text, give work order updates. Once you’ve contracted with them, your appliance repair ordered is dropped into black hole never to be seen again.
