“The staff at the CVS Pharmacy in Target in Commack is always phenomenal. The pharmacists John and Nick are so knowledgable and always willing to answer any questions I have. They take the time to explain side effects to be aware of or medication interactions that there might be. They fill my prescriptions incredibly fast every time too. The pharmacy staff is friendly, professional, and very kind; they remember me and my family every time we go. Even if there are customers being rude to them, they are patient and kind in their responses. They do their best to help fix the issue in whatever way they can. I have been a customer for 10+ years and I would never go to any other pharmacy. They are simply the BEST!”

I have been doing sales and customer service for over 30 years. When I speak to somebody that is in need of help or having some sort of difficulty, I truly try to do my best to help them as if it was somebody that I really knew and cared about. Not a stranger. Without getting into too much detail, I was having an issue with my insurance company for my daughter who is 19 years old with a specific dosage of a drug. Darlene was so kind so efficient so informative, but most of all she really cared about the fact that my daughter was a younger girl and new to this medication. She followed through and spoke with me with the upmost respect and dedication. She came through as empathic, honest, and really went above, and beyond what she needed to do to help us as a family. I hope someone gives her either a raise ,a high, five a hug, or at least a sincere thank you. There should be more like her in this capacity. Absolutely wonderful, wonderful person and educated on her job. Thank you again, Darlene for everything! You rock!!”

“I have only been using Deer Park Pharmacy for about a year now... but I have to say, they are the most accommodating mom and pop pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! They ship my medications to me because with my disabilities it's hard to get a ride. They are always on time and delivered with a smile!! I also appreciate that they will call me when I should be running out of one of my medications. They are so on point!! If you're looking for a mom and pop type feeling with amazing professionalism, then definitely give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed.”

“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”
“My family has been going to Vanco for over 30 years . They have ALWAYS been helpful and have gone out of their way MANY times to help us .They do not discriminate. I am hard of hearing and the pharmacist always remembers to look at me when talking to me .When I have to make a phone call to them , they are respectful and have no problem clarifying when I don’t understand something .My family appreciates Vanco and thanks them at every visit for their service . “There’s a variation of services, that other places simply don’t have. Along with the main pharmacy, they also have Notary and DME. You can also send money to your family members and pay your bills. Need to fax something or perhaps print pictures, they have that too! Also any questions you have, the employees have no problem answering.”
“This has become my go to pharmacy. I have pharmacies closer but the staff here is great, personable and very helpful. George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. The entire staff of this place front and back are exceptional. Local stores with staff like this are hard to come by I would I highly recommend switching from any chain pharmacy to this RX Express Pharmacy, I myself drive from Kings Park to here.”

I also would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible-the staff is always so kind caring and extremely helpful . Medications are always in stock and ordered for next day if necessary. A staff member always answers the phone and kindly leaves me a message to let me know when a medication is ready! If I can’t make the trip to the pharmacy they mail my medications for the next day! I Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy and they actually make the experience enjoyable. (Unlike most pharmacy dreadful trips )”
