I called and no one answered. So I came in to ask if the notary was in. It was 4:30pm. The employee said she was there until 5:00pm and to ensure I came back before then. I came back at 4:50pm. When I asked for the notary upon my return I was told she just left. What was the point of telling me to come back if she was leaving. Waste of my time! As a customer I’m furious! Unacceptable!

Enjoyed my visit, the clerk was extremely friendly, long line but it went by really quick. I love how updated it is and they have a really nice waiting area as well. I will definitely consider banking there. Loved the vibe there!
