“Such an honest and welcoming Vet Hospital that treat our babies with care and love.They don’t hit you over the head with unnecessary expensive procedures. Love the dog run that is attached so our babies could get that last stressed poop out the way prior and after.”
“We took our Bugg to Dr. Johnson after we were not getting answers on her health issues after a surgery she had with another vet. He was caring, attentive and spent a great amount of time with us answering every question we had on each visit. There were multiple visits during the 2 months we took her there and each time he made sure to give us his full attention and time. He even texted back and forth with us. When it was time to let her go he was compassionate and caring with us and our beloved bugg - he allowed us as much time as we needed and gave us a heartfelt hug afterwards. I will add that his staff was always considerate and helpful with us as well.”

“I’m very happy with Banfield. I go to the one in Middletown NY and the staff and veterinarians are very good and attentive. Dr Valentine and her assistant(I apologize I forgot her name) are amazing. I have a very sassy cat and they handled jer very well and were able to even cut her nails which other vets were not able to do. They are professional, and amazing. Do I recommend them? Yes! 100 percent.”

“I just want to thank all the staff and Dr Ursitti! Yesterday, May 27, 2023, was a very difficult day. My precious fur baby, Sabastian, was not well and needed medical attention. My usual veterinary was closed for the holiday and other veterinary practices said they were booked and could not squeeze us in. Finally, I was directed to Guardian. I believe it was Divine intervention! They were very busy but took us right away. The compassion and genuine concern given by everyone was overwhelming! Inspite of their being extremely busy they all took time to listen and to treat my Sabastian as if he were their own, showing him much respect and dignity to the very end. Not once was an attitude given nor did I feel we were being given the "bum's rush". What was also impressive was overhearing phone calls being made to others to let the people know they were running a little behind along with alerting those in waiting area of the same dilemma. A lot can be learned by the human medical emergency care by observing the professionalism and genuine care given by the folks at Guardian on this very hard and sad day for me. Words cannot truly express my gratefulness and overall feeling of being blessed to have had the opportunity to experience the ultimate compassion and care given to my Sabastian in his final hours and to me. “Dr. Linda Tintle is a world renowned Vet that is a Shar-Pei specialist knowledgeable in the Shar-Pei Breed. She is well know throughout the Shar-Pei community all over the world. Her staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional as well. They have a certain way of doing things here, that are different than any other vet clinic I have ever been. Most Vets will bring your fur baby in the back to draw blood etc, here, you are with your fur baby the entire time which is less stressful for them and for you. There is an on site lab for blood tests, skin scrapes and fine needle aspiration. You know most results before you leave, unless it’s a cytology that has to be sent out. I’ve been bringing my Shar-Pei here for nearly 9 years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for all you do for my Fur Babies Dr. Linda and staff. You have literally saved their lives, with your knowledge of SPAID and how it’s treated. I recommend Wurtsboro Vet Clinic”
