I got 16 pieces of mail yesterday.
6 of them were other people not me and had the right address on them. I delivered all the mail to person it belonged to. And my neighbor had 3 pieces of mine.
Sad when you can’t get addresses right.

Worst Post Office ever! They blocked my mailbox and shredded my card with information on how to contact me!! Ashley is unprofessional and advises her staff to block mailboxes if the mailbox is "full". I will be filing an official complaint. They have taken my mail out of my personal mailbox without my permission. My daughter is missing $300 worth of packages. I'm not the only 1 experiencing this.

I remember the post office from the '90s they were rude, disrespectful, lazy, entitled and off-putting. When the internet and email came out there's a drastic decrease in use of the post office and that's when they started becoming a better post office. For some reason in wurtsboro the post office here never change but became worse. This post office the postmaster is having relations with his workers. If you question them about anything your mail is going to automatically start disappearing or being returned to sender. It feels like the Seinfeld episode where "no soup for you". This is been an ongoing problem for a long time now and the town is not doing anything about it along with the post office itself. If you look at the reviews you can see they don't open up on time they close when they want they might even close in the middle of the day while you're on line. And my biggest pet peeve is that they never ever never answer the phone. But when you get there they're all in the back laughing and you can hear them. Every worker there has an attitude somehow someway. A lot of times they don't even look like they want to be there. This is the worst post office I've ever seen in my life. I would like to know what we can do as a community to change the postmaster and its employees there.

Terrible location workers clearly very lazy. Website says they offer general delivery. Then employee said they offer general delivery. Then employee went in back to confirm for me, upon my request, and said they no longer offer general delivery? How hard is it for the USPS to update their websites in the year 2023. Had I just went off the website saying that they offered the service, and had I not asked employee to confirm, I would have been screwed. What a pathetic business

this post office is the absolute worst!i never receive a package on time ever!! no way to contact as the office is closed durning normal hours. if i could choose i would never use this post office

They stopped delivering to my house because of a mailbox was to low (even tho it was fixed for 2 weeks) and they had to audacity to not let me know and they returned all my park without my authorization

We finally have a postman that is courteous and operates his vehicle at a slow speed since we all have pets on Callahans rd.I believe his name is Mr. Harrington myself and several other neighbors want to thankyou

Worst office everPray you never come across ASHELYyou’re lucky if they deliver your mail and if you do get the mail let’s hope it’s yours.Today I went in because the postmaster has refused to deliver my mail so we fixed according to the postmaster jeep height so he can conveniently do it from his personal jeep. Today after two weeks of not getting mail and fixing it I went into the post office to be told by ASHLEY they are withholding my mail and if I keep asking for it she will call the cops on meASHLEY SCREAMED AT ME MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET THE OUT N I WILL NEVER GET MY MAILI DONT THINK ASHLEY SHOULD WORK SERVING THE PUBLIC IF SHES ALWAYS THREATENING PEOPLEI THINK ASHLEY SHOULD BE RETRAIN ON HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLICPLEASE RELEASE MY MAIL

I used to think they were nice and decent here until I dealt with a temporary disability and was treated with such blatant disrespect that I filed an official complaint against them! They are extremely rude and condescending as if they are somehow superior to the rest of us. Ha! Don't even attempt to complain or make a simple request of their manager because she is Queen Rude of the whole rude crew! I also see continual complaints about them on our local Facebook groups. Wurtsboro is such a nice town, and this post office is an absolute disgrace to our otherwise friendly community.

Im sorry for the old nice employees and the 1 or 2 new employees that are kind and polite. But 2 others are rude & disrespectful. In this days, the younger ones can't talk with respect. They need a customer service training on how to be polite and how to talk and treat customers.
