I did not receive any post cards from you. I have said that over and over. I went to the Post Office to check. Again, if you wanted to contact me why didn't you see me or leave a note rather than just take the tank? When I spoke to you company staff person she offered to give me credit for the gas if I would agree to open an account. Based on my experience with Paraco which means your company puts all the responsibility on the customer and only pretends to do due diligence in product transition between property owners I declined. One more thing, please read all my comments and refrain from ignoring the facts that don't support your claims of decent and fair business practices. I will add these notes to my YELP review to alert other potential customers about Paraco.

Always prompt courteous and respectful of all aspects of service. From sales, installation, service, price and most of all delivery Paraco is the best.

I'm leaving this review on behave of a friend and Co worker. This company is one of the worst ones I've ever heard of. First, they don't deliver when promised, second the bills for delivery are inconsistent and higher then the discussed price. When you call to fix the problem, they give every excuse possible and still charge more. I'd advise to find another company unless you are ok, with ABSOLUTELY no heat during such cold months. If there was an option for 0 stars. I would've selected that.

This world is having a hard enough time paying for every day life. This company was allowing minimum deliveries of 47 gallons and all of a sudden gas goes up and they follow. $4.94A Gallon now and With a minimum of 96 gallons nothing less. That's almost $500 Are they kidding? Time to buy my own tank and use whoever I want

I called to hve my gas tank removed 8 month ago they finally came to pick it up , never advised me that there was a fee $135 for picking up the tank . The tank was full since I paid $250 to fill it but never used it .. so now they are sending $53 refund after they took their fee .. I’m super discouraged with this company , in a time like this time of need they weren’t honest with me . If I knew there was a fee I wouldn’t have them pick it up .. I felt lie to .
