WOW!! What Awesome Service!My 02 Heritage broke down with electrical issues in Bethel, NY and I called O'Toole's (23 miles away) for help. After helping me try to diagnose the issue, they offered to pick up the bike and get it back to the shop with hopes of getting me back on the road and home 100 miles away. 25 minutes later, the bike was loaded in their van. Once we arrived at the shop, the bike was immediately put on a lift. The problem turned out to be a bad Ignition switch. A new switch was not available, so the mechanic worked on the old one and was able to get it working. We arrived at O'Toole's at 4:30 and by 5:30 I was back on the rode heading home.Thanks to all at O'Toole's for the GREAT service and GREAT care for the biking community!

Traveling up from Fl and had some electrical issues with my 2013 StreetGlide. Brought it to O’Tools the service staff was excellent they found the issue in my wiring harness and got me back on the road in one day and at a fair price. My first visit to O’Toole’s. The folks at O’Toole’s were graciously accommodating in helping me off load my 2005 Harley Softail Deluxe from the bed of my Tacoma. They adjusted the height of my tailgate to the height of the loading dock and we rolled it off effortlessly and safely. I needed a blinker light and it was in stock. They invited me to a charity BBQ in Monroe NY and we’ll be there. Great people, super dealership. Amazing array of new and used bikes and large service department. Thanks O’Toole’s! You guys are awesome!

The staff at O'Toole's Harley Davidson are outstanding!! Jim, Tank, Ken and all of the guys in the service department are so knowledgeable with many years of experience in servicing Harley bikes! As a female rider, I am so grateful for their excellent customer service and trustworthy repairs! Such a great group of guys! And it's always a pleasure to stop into the apparel department to browse and shop while waiting for the bike. O'Toole's has an excellent selection of ladies riding apparel and the salesgirls are always such a pleasure! A great dealership!

Stopped in today with part hanging off the bike due to a broken bolt. Only delay in getting me back on the road was they had to open up a lift. Great suggestion for local breakfast and bike was ready to go before breakfast was done. Did I mention it's a holiday weekend, thanks guys for everything.

Words can't explain what a WONDERFUL experience it was to purchase our new bikes from Dan and the crew.
