I have taken a few classes here now and I love them. A good combination of challenge and relaxation, I feel good when I leave. The studio is beautiful.

Linda is terrific. Loved the classes. Beautiful setting. All the equipment you need. A great way to unwind on vacation and get some exercise to supplement hiking or heal from an injury. Helpful instruction and great classmates.
