Extremely rude owner, she was rolling her eyes at customers. Not deserving of business. Beautiful collection of items however.

My husband and I were so charmed by this shop and the lovely woman working there. The assortment was diverse and fresh and nothing felt unattainable as far as price point. We ended up being charmed by this cute little incense burner that came with incense that I swear smells like someone lit a campfire in your house (not for everyone, but a huge winner in our household). We also had our dog in the store with us with no issues, always a nice thing!

Very kind owner and really lovely shop. Almost bought a beautiful cotton blanket that I’ve been thinking about since I walked out. Some really special stuff.

I’ll just say that our entire living room look came from Shop Little House (ex the kitty ?⬛ and my wife, who practically lives at Shop Little House already)! It’s the most fun store and the owner JoJo is amazing. Her taste is somewhere between retro badass and woodstock hippie and the vibe is perfect. Local goat ? soap! Awesome blankets and pillows! Neat local history books! Vintage bar gear! She’s got it all…

the owner was rude. we made one purchase and had planned to make another, but the self-righteous owner was so off-putting that we left. it’s too bad - she has some interesting (albeit overpriced) items in her shop.

Love this little shop! One of my fav destinations when visiting Woodstock, and I always recommend it to friends. A nice mix of cool trendy stuff and finely curated vintage pieces.

As a resident of Woodstock, it's so great to have such a special store filled with curated wonders, new and vintage, with a little whimsy to-boot! The shop owner is one of the kindest, thoughtful people I've met in this town and does such a great job to always have new finds for regular visits. I've also seen the owner go out of her way to deliver orders and have private shopping appointments for her clients - really making efforts to keep her customers and community safe. Shop Little House embodies what it means to be a small business - personal and curated with a point of view. You can't go wrong shopping here!

After passing the shop a few times over the weekend, we were excited to finally make it inside. My friends and I were doing both personal shopping and Christmas gift shopping, and from the window it seemed like Little House had a selection that would fit our needs. The 2 stars are for the inventory, and unfortunately the missing 3 are due to the service of whoever was working today. 2-3 of us tried going inside, then were notified that the store was at capacity. No problem at all, times are weird and we wanted to make sure we were respectful of businesses during this time. So we waited outside. Then 2 other people walked up, and right inside while the same woman let them stay and shop. So we decided to leave and do our shopping elsewhere. As we were walking back to our cars, we decided to give it one more try. We went to go inside, and they said as long as we stayed together as a unit basically we'd be fine. Sure no problem. I felt the same woman was watching us a bit weird, then a few minutes later she said something along the lines of "I know, we just have so many pretty shiny things to look at". What? The tone was like we were children or we couldn't afford anything in their shop? It was extremely weird and I don't even know the last time I was talked down on like that in a business. I was pretty bummed out because I had a few things I was planning on buying, but left without making any purchases. I'm not sure if the woman assumed we were teenage boys because some of our short hair or just made assumptions on our appearances. We are all women in our 30s and 40s, gay, and of Puerto Rican, Black, and Korean descent. Anyways, don't talk to your customers like they're children who aren't trying to buy anything or can't afford to buy anything. It doesn't make people feel good.

Owner was very rude. We were asked to leave when we got an emergency phone call - “no phone calls in my store”. Definitely won’t be back.

Beautiful shop with a wonderfully curated mix of vintage and new. The owner was lovely, and helpful. I was extremely pleased to see she was taking all the necessary precautions concerning the pandemic. There was hand sanitizer, social distancing was observed, and the shop was spotless. It made me feel comfortable to shop. I will definitely visit this store again. It's a joy to be in the shop and enjoy the owner's vision.
