I ordered an item online and when it arrived, it was shattered. It was packed in a thin box with one thin layer of bubble wrap, not a shipping box. I notified store as soon as I received and provided pictures. The store emailed back that it was surprised it didn't make it through USPS (shipped from New York to North Carolina), but they would be happy to refund. I have not received refund and have reached out several times with no further response.
Update: The store did respond after a minute, apologized and said they would reship. I'll wait a bit, it hasn't shipped yet, I appreciated the response.
9/5/24 - I received replacement last week, well packaged. I would not hesitate to order from this store again. I love my item, shipping was fair, and item shipped promptly after order initially.

I thought I would just look around but there were so many creative and awesome items in this store and the person working there, I think the owner, was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with something. I got a cute bag, stickers, a manifest journal, mints and more! Sharing this store link with friends.

One of the cutest shops in all of Woodstock with a treasure trove of fun gifts, decor, and accessories. I could have easily spent an hour looking around and admiring everything they had to offer. The owner was super sweet which made it all the more enjoyable to support this business. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area!

I stumbled upon this cute shop on July 1, 2022 while visiting Woodstock and found the perfect gift for a friend who was with me at the time. I decided to order it online instead of buying it in person to keep it a surprise. Now more than 4 months later, I still haven't received my order. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging on Instagram,reaching out via the Shop app, and haven't received my order or a refund. Think twice about buying from here.

The cutest little shop in town! Unique selection of everything from mushroom tape to local hats. Sticks, magnets, bookmarks & more. Loved it so much, we had to return a second time. Will definitely be stopping by every time we visit. Also extremely friendly & helpful owner. :) highly recommend.
