They too are in the tipping culture. I don't like it when shops try to force tipping down my throat. I tip waiters, and waitresses that get paid below minimum wage. How would you like it if every service or business had their hands out for a tip?

Nice choice of flowers and bouquets. Website was easily navigable and prices were fair. The order arrived on the day requested. I took one star off the review because there wasn't much communication regarding the successful delivery. All-in-all, a good first attempt and the recipient of the flowers loved them. Which is the whole point.

I have been using Jarita's Florist for many years whenever I have a special occasion. I love how they design an arrangement. The shape, colors and form are always beautiful, creative and pleasing to the eye. And the flowers are always fresh. I highly recommend them.

After vacationing in this town for the last 21 years and not stopping in to support Jarita's, I must admit- - -I felt embarrassed. Not that I have any floral design cred, but there's something particularly different this time for us as we picked up some dry florals so I can create a minimalist arrangement to zhuzh up an area. Jarita's on Tinker St. in Woodstock is tiny- but don't be fooled by this minimalist- yet intimate spot because there's more than meets the eye. Jay who owns Jarita's, has a loyal fanbase and after 40+ years in town, that says a lot. And prices are respective to the area. Besides the gorgeous fresh arrangements he (and his team?) design(s), he carries dry florals, Lavender, handmade flower post cards and other gift items. Jay was kind and not uptight whatsoever plus, his friendliness speaks. I guess Jarita's' status and perhaps returning customers- like I will be, speaks for itself.
