Always a good experience here. Knowledgeable, pleasant owner. Very helpful.

I brought in a prepaid FedEx smart post package. The very rude woman didn’t recognize the label and kept telling me it was US post office. I had to take my package to the Dollar General FedEx drop off where it was scanned and confirmed by FedEx. I try to support local businesses, but I don’t recommend this place because the owner is incompetent and rude.

I have worked with a number of shipping companies all over the world and I have to say that the service and just overall experience of working with "It's A Wrap" in Woodstock, New York was the BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with a shipping business. They shipped a fragile piece of art (a lithograph) from Woodstock to my home in Portland, Oregon. We communicated over the phone since I was 3,000 miles away and they worked with a gallery in Woodstock for me in ways that were very thoughtful and really went beyond the call of duty. The main point that I want to make, though, is about the high quality and speed of the shipping. They placed the lithograph in a wooden crate (which we hadn't talked about but which I greatly appreciated!) and packed it thoroughly. The art piece arrived at my house in absolutely the shortest amount of time that it could have in perfect condition. Oh--and the price was much lower than the quote I received from its competitor. Thank you "It's A Wrap." I strongly recommend this business! Rick S.

I ship with FedEx often and this is the only place for many many miles. Owner is really sweet. It's a joy dropping off packages here.

"It's a scam!" They claim to be a Fed Ex affiliate but they are a subcontractor to FedEx. That means they can charge whatever they want and there is no set price. For example,it cost 200 dollars to send a car computer part to California, but the company sending the part back using FedEx office (an official drop off center) charged me 77 dollars for the exact same service back! Stay away! Use the Albany drop off center- quicker and cheaper. Also the UPS depot in Kingston is much cheaper. Stay away!

It's a scam! This is an authorized franchised shipping center but can charge rates much higher than an officially owned Fed Ex center. A package going to California should cost 110. She charged me 210. Do not use unless you like paying double! Also she gives hand written receipts. Worthless-avoid this center at all costs.
