“Tire ruptured while driving to an event, the day was saved thankfully since I was near this tire shop so I drove there as slowly and carefully as possible. It was good experience, the mechanic was quick and quite skilled. Got the job done in under 30 minutes and saved the day for me as it was getting late and my only other option was to tow my car. However the manager it seemed tried to upsell the price of the tire change so we had to negotiate a bit to get a fair price. Other than that great experience.”

I met Tracy, the young woman at the front desk who was most pleasant and very resourceful on teaching me about the type of tire I should purchase. I really appreciated her kindness. When the time came for my car to be serviced, I met Imria. He informed me that I needed to change all the tires on my car since it was all-wheel drive. Though I was reluctant, and it was my first time ever getting this done, he took the time to explain why it was important for me to make this change and why it was also a safer option. I really appreciated his education and information. Overall I had a great experience. I think I have found my new home to purchase tires here in the big nyc. “Lawrence was very nice and helped me out of a bad situation with the wheels on my 2001 Corvette.
I went in for a front wheel balancing and their mechanic discovered the wheels had locking lug nuts (that I was not aware of, and I did not have the lug nut key for).
He told me “no problem”, and was able to remove the locks at all four wheels and replace them with standard lug nuts.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for all of our family cars.”
