I have never been treated so bad by a financial Institution. Like where is the customer service? The empathy towards clients. Company needs to focus on client care.

Woodside branch I used ATM to make a cash deposit. 2 days later and still wasnt -credit to my account. Terrible bank experience Worst bank ever.

I really miss the old Astoria Bank, today Sterling Bank has a very hostile environment, the attention is very helpful and unlike the very friendly Hispanic employees, said bank would be a disaster! ,

#AttitudeThis used to be Sterling National Bank.Unbeknownst to me they changed their name.Went to this place to ask if I can withdraw money from my debit card,the teller said they are not accepting my card anymore. And said I should go to Credit Union locations. I asked her what are credit unions and where are they located, she just shook her head to NO and seems bitter . For a teller that doesnt know what is a credit union is a headshaker. A teller should expect questions like these from customers, and SHOULD KNOW what they are talking about! Like a deer on a headslight! Tellers should beknowledgeable too so they can still help customers beyond their own business! New York bad attitude!

Ms. Cecelia Sutton, is absolutely the best. Always, helpful in every way. I notice that the bank is closed and I do not understand why? Please explain? Has it been closed permanently? Where is Ms. Sutton now?
