“Sent 8 boxes from NY to Thailand for relocation. Everything went super smooth, with communication and updates throughout the process. A phone call to schedule pickup and determine pricing. The driver then came and loaded everything into the van. Once I was settled in Thailand, the shipment actually arrived sooner than expected, with a call from the Thai partner to schedule delivery. And the delivery driver kept in contact with me throughout and even helped bring the boxes into the house despite his arm still healing. I still have some things to ship from NY, and I will be calling on Lanna to help me once again.”
