I called on Saturday afternoon and they came on Sunday morning to replace the springs on my garage door. The technician showed up on time and clearly presented options on repairs, since my door was not a standard size or weight. He also suggested a way to address an issue I had with the seal under my door. The job was done quickly and at a fair price. It's a pleasure to work with professionals that know what they're doing.

I have a Mercedes Benz 2003 E320 I was referred to Ram by the cars original owner who is my now uncle. In 2017 I was having air suspension problems he changed the pump and I got an oil change. I was told I had a real Mercedes pump and what a great deal of 600$ he gave me which included the oil change. It started going bad in Oct 2019 brought it back he gave me attitude made me wait then thought itwas the height sensor and if I bought it and it didn’t work oh well we tired that so I never came back. Then Dec 2019 my car is low again extremely low so another mechanic I sent it to replaces the two rear air suspension bags thinking I just changed the pump. costing 1100.00 dollars to change the bags Come to realize the problem that wasn’t the problem it occurred again now the whole car is basically on the floor I suggest everyone go to this mechanic he is in a Shell Station 46th Avenue and Francis Lewis blvd Bayside Queens his name is Vaso he took time checked the car thoroughly first even with the relay thinking the part was new cause he heard it go on then make a horrible noise and shut off (which is the pump I got from Ram before he closed his original shop.) He then realized it was the pump that was broken not anything a could fix it. He showed the old pump to me cause I couldn’t believe he died so quickly so he showed the pump to me and said look one side Mercedes Benz Air Suspension Pump the other Side on a sticker Made in India . Please don’t trust this man with your belongings Which is why he had a downgrade to his shop. Unless your doing an insurance deal with body work don’t bother

Ram is the best mechanic I have ever met. He has fixed my families cars for years!! Very honest, reliable, and always fixes the cars perfectly the first time. I wouldn't go to anybody else!

This is my go to place. I trust Ram a lot. He will definitely beat the price. I found this place after I had an accident. I have went to many places but everyone wanted to rip me off. But he took the car and did a great job. He is good at making you a regular. Not like those one timer.

Helpful when I crashed my car, worked well with my insurance and threw in some unrelated dent removals without any cost. The owner was quite helpful and (god forbid) I will use him next time body needs work.
