First appointment of the day (August 5th) with my 3 small children to do the hemophilia panel. I previously went to Northwell and those geniuses put my children through the trauma of a blood draw and then said "Oh, we don't do that lab.." It's almost like common sense (checking in their system beforehand) doesn't exist.. so we came to BioReference.The lady at the front was rude and said "I don't know what doctor sent you.." as though it mattered.. I have the prescription in my hand and the doctor verified this blood test was done here. I told her she didn't need to "know" the doctor.. that they're a lab center and take prescriptions and I just wanted to make sure this lab was done here to avoid more trauma for my small children. I explained the issue with Northwell.She drew blood from all of them through a lot of tears and stress and I get a call a week later that NONE of the labs were ran. She didn't put the information in the system AT ALL for THREE children and I can't help but to think it was on purpose because how do you draw blood for THREE kids and ZERO results are returned? The paper prescription was VERY clear. Not even ONE test was ran on them, so she wasted our time and is absolutely incompetent.I am mind blown that labs like this exist where workers can literally NOT do their job and screw up so much. Do not bother going here. It would be one thing if SOME test were ran and they got it wrong but there were NO TESTS RAN.. She "didn't put it in the system".. How daft can you be, really??

Is not healthy only one person is a recebando lab testing too; the time to wait is to much; please this place need more staffs.

Was told they open at 8am, was there by 7:45 and was waited, people kept on showing up for bloodwork. It was 8:50 and the person working in the lab had not shown up yet, staff from dr’s office were unable to get in contact with her because they have no control of the lab. Whoever works at the lab is very irresponsible. At 9 someone from the dr’s office was nice enough to take the people waiting to get blood drawn.

Today I went this center at 9:00 am and waiting behind the door, almost 10:12 am I went counter and asked how long I will wait? she said if you are late go another branch, it isn't I was aspected. after she called me, but the people signed after me, all are done.

The technician named Ingrid was ordering me like her servant at 8:15 am, very early Saturday morning. No please, no can you, in her sentence. She said "Pour the urine in that container" which we took from home. And also very very rude with child's blood drawing. She put over pressure on them. Only one person taking care of front desk and also patient. No soap in the restrooms.

I have had blood tests here many times. The people are friendly and efficient. I rarely have to wait at all. The place is clean, though they sometimes lack paper products in the restroom.

This is the only place I go to get my blood drawn. I am so comfortable and relaxed when I go there. Almost all doctors and nurses have a hard time drawing blood from me due to 2 years of chemo and how I was treated.. the lady that draws my blood knows how to do it and she makes me feel like I’m visiting my mom.. she may have her own unorthodox ways of running the place (so does my mom) but she has never hurt me so just for that she’s a star(like my mom).

This is place is so unprofessional!!!! They schedule says it opens at 8:00 am. People is waiting on the hallway, no LIGHT for one whole hour. We can hear that someone is in the office talking, but then nobody opens the room. We knocked and there is no answer. What kind of place is this?!?

Made an appointment for a COVID test for work for 9/7. Yes Labor Day, I know. I should have known better. Got confirmation several times. I show up and ring the bail 20 times and nobody is there. What a waste of time! Phone number just goes to voice mail too. So much for convenience.
