Lifesavers. I was in a really tough spot and everywhere else didn’t have what I needed and they didn’t find it at first but the manager himself got involved and made some calls and boom I got exactly what I needed for cheaper than what I expected to pay.

Always go here to get my parts, Ronnie and the guys over there know their inventory, and if they don't have it on hand, they will get it for you. It's also reasonable prices.

The service SUCKS. Everyone ignores you while you wait forever & a day just to tell them what you want. They would rather answer phones than to value the time you took to drive into the store.

I arrived to this location and was ignored from the first 20 minutes of standing there while dozens of employees ran around while I was the only only customer there. Finally I was ask if I needed something from a guy sitting at a desk behind a plexiglass (which do to covid19 I understand) about 20 feet away I told him "I need an air filter for a 2018 kia Forte5" I person behind the glass then pointed to an area behind a different counter where another group of people were working after standing there another 15 minutes I was ask if I was waiting on a filter, i never even opening or touched the box when I told the girl behind the counter that, that was going to be the wrong one. She stated "he know what he's doing" I told her he never asked what model SX or engine size 1.6 Turbo. So I walk to the car that was parked in front of the place and sure enough it was the wrong one. I asked for a refund cause I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes to try again. I was issued a refund and left without the filter. I realized I wasn't I big enough customer in order to get respectful treatment. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'RE A MILLION DOLLARS CUSTOMER.
