Great dealership and very respectful team! Shout out to Sales Zain, Manager Haitham, Deb, Patrick, and young lady (stayed late to help me) that helped processed the sales/finance/transaction and DMV paperwork. I am very happy and satisfied with my 2025 CRV EX, and it look great! Keep up the great team work guys!!! I would definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family!

My wife and i had a great experience at this dealership and it’s staff, very patience, guide us through and explain everything to detail, our sales person was Christian Rengifo, he responded every question that we had, clear out any concerns and overall hones, which for my personal opinion counts a lot.
I definitely recommend this dealership and to my personal opinion ask for Christian Rengifo. Very respectful and helps with first timer and gets the best Quotes 8)

I went in to trade my Tesla with a big negative equity for another EV and Roger was sooo helpful. I’ve been to many dealerships looking for a way out and Roger was patient, knowledgable, and honest throughout the entire transaction. Made me and my family feel very comfortable and taken care of!

The salesman Robin Lee, helped us a lot with the process and paperwork of purchasing a new car. However , I’ve decided with my family that it wasn’t the right time for me to purchase the car the day after. Robin was very understanding with my decision and helped me through the thought process of it till the end.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid through financing, and throughout the entire purchasing process, the salesperson, Herman Paz, showed me and let me drive the fully equipped version of the vehicle. That was the car I was quoted for and the price we agreed upon. However, during the process, they swapped the vehicle for the base version but kept the price of the fully equipped model. This is unacceptable and a clear lack of honesty and transparency from both the dealership and the salesperson. I feel cheated and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Given the poor handling and unethical conduct in this transaction, I demand an adjustment to my debt amount to reflect the current price of the vehicle I received. I hope they resolve this situation promptly and do the right thing.

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda HRV from Paragon Honda on Northern Blvd, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The buying process was transparent and efficient, with no hidden fees or surprises.
