The worst service ever. No responsibility and no commitment. Don’t do this cargo, trust me you will regret it. They committed to get delivered in 2 to 3 weeks but it’s been almost 2 months, I didn’t get any updates and every time I tried to reach out, they never pick up my phones.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Originally chose this place because they had lower rates compared to other services. It became VERY clear that low costs here meant terrible customer service. Every single person we have interacted with here talks to customers in the most condescending manner. And the fact that they all do it so boldly shows that there's no fear of repercussions. God forbid you have any questions about their services.. they'll threaten to charge you with a "custom tax"? Completely unreal. When we asked for a status update on shipping, we were left on read several times until contacting them from a different number. After they finally confirmed the items were shipped, they had to nerve to ask if it was so important for us to know the shipping status, especially when they were so busy. Their business being too busy to worry about our shipment was a recurring theme in any interactions. If that's not enough to sway you away, just know that THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEMS. They lost $50 worth of our items which came as no surprise seeing that they suggested it was a GAMBLE to ship through them without buying their insurance. When asked if they had bothered to check through the list of items we sent, they were of course TOO BUSY WITH THEIR MANY MANY CLIENTS to make sure all our stuff were there. To add insult to injury, they offered a whopping 3% refund on the lost items for our troubles. What a freaking JOKE. If you decide to do business with them, be sure to calculate in a 30% cargo insurance fee along with hours of your life that you can never get back.

Been a long time customer with NY Sea Shipping, very friendly people and the people who pick up the packages are the nicest people I've ever met. They make sure your boxes will arrive on time to your preferred destination, never have they lost a package of mine. Highly would recommend this company over and over again to people.

I don't think I've ever gave any review but this one is worth giving. Hands down, NY SEA Shipping is truly an assertive service provider I have ever worked with. Not only is the rates for their freight shipping reasonable, but they also really did take extra care when it comes to handling our goods, down to the fragile packaging details. I've used NY SEA service to deliver my packages from both via air & sea. I've had a great service experience equally from them. They've managed to always exceed my expectations every time they delivered my stuff, right to my doorstep! Thanks NY SEA for saving me from all the international shipping & logistics services horror stories I've heard from other many times.

I hv been using their service for several times, both air and sea. My items arrived safely though it takes a while for sea shipment. And this is the only way you can deliver things from US with reasonable cost.

I have used NY Sea Shipping several times and have always been very happy with my experience. They ship to Thailand and Myanmar. The service that they provide is reliable, dependable, and convenient. Nicky and her staff are friendly and helpful. They assist in packaging and preparing the shipments. For overseas shipping, it is a great value for your money and costs way less than other shipping options. I recommend!
