Excellent service. All European car owner should check this for OE or OEM parts. The people who shop from FCP Euro if it’s too far or have to wait long for delivery you can check the parts over here. Price is also reasonable. Quality is excellent.

They never answer their phone, and attitude in person is as if they’re selling parts for free. If they don’t fix their customer service this place will shutdown soon, take your business elsewhere.

they do not take back returns ever. keep you waiting for 6 months for returns and keep saying "they will pick up" but then play games like "our dispatcher was told" and then when driver shows up for delivery "oh dispatcher needs to create RMA" .. ridiculous infantile company to deal with

Returning parts from a repair shop is a nightmare. The RMA system is archaic, sometimes it's better to get parts elsewhere for more money and save the months long hassle required to return parts.

I agree with that last lady I called for a BMW injector and they were charging me more than the dealer and that sales rep who is there on Saturdays is very rude and cocky this is what happen when they forget where they came from and the costumers who got them there I would not support them again.

The Service is great but I am very disappointed with the part that i received bought a complete set of Brake & Rotors for my truck with brakes padHad the parts installed on my truck few day after fronts rotors keep making noise when braking checked the rotor and have heat spots around the rotor I call the North side and they cannot even replace the faulty rotor , saying its the calipers that making that happen and brakes pad .very disappointed with them
