They do not care about you unless youre paying a bill or buying a phone. I called to ask some questions and the guy didnt speak much english and got frustrated and hung up the phone. I went to the store to get my questions answered and he tried to hide.

Do not come to this store, they are just liars and scammers. I came to buy a phone that was supposedly free for changing from T Mobile to MetroPCS. And I left paying $490 when the receipt says 476. The woman called Alejandra who was in front of the store. store that served me was the one that scammed me. I gave him 15 20 bills, a 100 bill, a 50 bill and two 20 bills. He had to return $14. He only gave me three dollars and he has the nerve to tell me to come the next day so he can It took me a while to answer a survey and for them to give me a case for my phone when at t mobile they always give them thanks for the worst customer service and some thieves used it for live Close to the store but it was my worst decision DON'T GO TO THIS IT HAS ARE A FRAUD AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS BETTER USE ANOTHER METRO IN ANOTHER AREA

This is the worst MetroPcs in NY, avoid it. The sales reps are scammer, they tried to up charge me double for an old phone and add extra items to my reciept thinking I would not notice. I asked for a revised itemized receipt and still different charges for their scam. I had to call corporate and then visit a corporate store, after they verified that the location was indeed scamming me. They confirmed that they had issues in the past with the store and the corporate store helped me resolve it. Please avoid Katherine and Sergio, the Manager, they are both deceitful. I was finally able to get a refund after escalating to corporate once more. It is a shame they are scamming their own.

I called to ask if a phone was in stock. They told me "Yes It Was In Stock." Next I asked what time they closed, then they said maybe I would like a different phone, like the older model from 3 years ago instead. Meaning it was actually not in stock.

Alejandro is a liar. Made me waste my time. I called the store asking for any iPhone available he said they had them at the store. When I walked in (around 1/1:30pm) he tells me the phone will be at the store by 3/3:30pm I told him I couldn’t wait. He then called someone and told me phone would be at the store 2:10/2:15 I said ok. I waited there till 2:45pm and no phone. Then he tells me someone sent a picture of the box so we can start doing the activation. Which at that point I was mad. I told him if the phone gets here by 2:50 I’ll do it otherwise I would like my refund. The time came and I got upset because they wasted my time and they were going back and forth not knowing we’re the phone was. At the end phone arrived but I didn’t want it no more and alejando told me I was gonna lose my number if he does the refund. They lied and they were mean once they knew I wasn’t gonna purchase the phone. Bad experience.

I'm at 61001 on Woodside Avenue and I'm here with my phone that I had to have paid had to pay but every time I come to the store there's a girl name Juliana she's so helpful she's like 23 I'm like 75 almost Richie 23 and I don't know half the time and is so nice and so sweet that I wanted to say to you her company that I appreciate them and thank you for having sweet people like her that are not mean to old people and my name is Theresa O'Connor and I live in Woodside thank you very much
