Tank is hands down the best person you can deal with for any custom car interior design. They have done whole interior design and restoration for my classic BMW. Job was done in timely manner with the best possible outcome,details was amazing and price was reasonable (not the cheapest but for the quality it’s worth it) i would recommend.

I don't have a vintage car. I have a Subaru Outback. And when my driver side seat developed a gnarly tear that got worse and worse, McCoy's came recommended from a local autobody and they over-delivered. They were a pleasure to deal with, my car seat looks brand new, and the best part was that it took literally no time. Your mileage may vary on that, but overall excellent service, excellent work. Couldn't be happier.

Poor Upholstery Work Ruined My 1989 IROC-Z
I recently had the interior of my 1989 IROC-Z restored, but the upholstery work was extremely disappointing. The craftsmanship was subpar, and it’s clear the upholsterer lacked attention to detail. The stitching is uneven, and there are visible wrinkles and lumps throughout the seats. Additionally, the fabric feels cheap and not at all like the original material.
What was most upsetting was the way they handled my car. The interior wasn't cleaned after the job was done, leaving dust and debris everywhere. To make matters worse, they left fingerprints and smudges on the paint, which required additional effort to clean off.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this shop for any upholstery work, especially for classic cars like mine. It was a frustrating experience that I hope to never repeat.

I was totally satisfied with the work done by McCoy's Upholstery staff. It was a great experience. I have a 1981 Camaro which needed a new headliner due to age. My interior trim over the years had faded due to exposure to the sun, actually different shades due the amount of exposure. The same was true for my interior quarter panels. Sean , one of the partners, helped me from my initial phone call through the pickup of my car. I dropped my car off on 5/6/24 in the morning. Sean called me on 5/7/24 telling me my car will be ready that afternoon. Although he told me it was quite unusual for that fast a turnaround time, nevertheless I was fortunate to drop my car off at a time they had just finished other jobs.

I had a rather unique issue and was able to call, arrive at their shop and have repairs made within 3 hours. This company is professional and fair and support their fellow New Yorkers. Highly recommend for any repairs.

Just had my 2014 Porsche Cayman headliner re-upholstered and it came out beautifully; better than OEM. Originally, I was going to do it myself but the first attempt failed. Re-supplied and was going to make a second attempt but then thought otherwise. The price was very reasonable (I supplied the cloth and removed the headliner to reduce cost). Turnaround time was 2 days. Regrets was that I didn't call them earlier thus wasting time and effort. Owner Sean was very personable and honest. I highly recommend them and have actually done just that to my neighbour who has also been looking.
