My family and I have gone to this tax place for the past two years and have yet to meet the actual person who does the taxes himself, the so called owner of this company.. every single time my family members and I have had issues where there is absolutely no communication and explanation despite each outcome coming out fishy and way overpriced for the bare minimum of customer service and then have little to no explanation is ridiculous. Will never be going back there again frankly and advise others to do the same.
