My partner and I hired IPS to help us move about two months ago, and could not have been happier with their service. KC, Freddie and Marco, with Avian at the helm, made our move super quick, efficient, and without any trouble whatsoever. We moved into a 3 floor walk up and they conquered the hell out of this building. On top of their outstanding service, every member of the team was super friendly and thoughtful with our things. Would definitely reach out to them again, and recommend them to any New Yorker.

Brandon and Omar were great with our one bedroom move. We have a storage bed which they disassembled and reassembled for us. They took care of our belongings, were on time and finished in the time that I paid for. I highly recommend IPS moving, especially Brandon and Omar!

Luis and team were super clear with costs and plan up front. Everyone on the team was professional, kind, and careful with our move. Helped manage unwanted item disposal as well. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! This moving company made what is usually a stressful experience into an absolute breeze. From the moment they arrived, their team (Brandon, Diego, Omar, Christin) was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. Not only were they thorough in handling our items, but they also brought a sense of fun and positivity to the day, making the whole process much more enjoyable. IPS movers were the absolute best and I would hire them again in a second! Louis was responsive from the beginning and reassured me that he would take care of everything I needed. They packed and moved for me and even got rid of some furniture that I didn’t need. They were all professional, kind and incredibly efficient. They handled everything from start to finish and were extremely careful the entire time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of movers!

I had Brandon, Omar and Diego for my move to NJ from Astoria yesterday. They were on time, professional, upbeat, friendly and so great. They made me comfortable through the whole process, explained everything they were doing, treated my belongings with respect and care, and were incredibly efficient. I can’t say enough how happy I was to have them with me during one of the more stressful things a person can do - move! They’ve worked with so many of my friends and I’m so so glad we worked together for this move.

Today:We are repeat customers of IPS NYC Movers and they were just as amazing today. Carlos lead a great team of Jose L, Omar, and Brandon. They were very efficient, polite and warm. They worked very quickly and hard and I am giving them 5 stars again.

This was our 2nd move with IPS movers and they were (again) fantastic. Avian and his crew (Omar, Marco, Danielson and KC) were fast, careful, thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely recommend using them for your next move- great value and definitely a team that eased the stress of moving!

So I had planned to be packed for my move well in advance, but wound up in the hospital for almost a month! I called IPS from the hospital and they were very accomodating moving the date and changing the type of move. Friends tried to help me pack as much as we could, but I could barely move and we only had a couple of days...so I was not ready by any stretch of the imagination... and it was pure chaos created solely by me. IPS worked their tail feathers off trying to get everything done within the window my new building gave... they worked so damned hard. They packed my life to the point where we ran out of room on the truck! lol. They worked the full day even though only scheduled for half without complaint or fuss - no guilt trips. I'm missing one plate and a Henckel knife...and a box of toiletries which I think may have been mistaken for garbage in the hullabaloo. I can replace the plate which likely broke. I will miss the knife I had for 30 years and always wonder if it fell behind my old stove... I bought more shampoo. If I had been able to pack myself, this wouldn't have happened, so really...it's my fault...and I having moved several times - this is nothing. I really can't express how thankful I am to all the guys that worked so damned hard to pack and move everything in really tough conditions. They were polite, kind, professional, honest, helpful...just wonderful. And miracle - all my Ikea stuff survived the move - that has to be unprecedented! Yes - we went past the estimate, but it was the price it should have been for the hours and men worked when recalculated - fair & honest. All possibilities were explained before - no surprises. Shout out to Foreman Carlos, Jose L, Omar, Diego and Robin - you guys rock. You helped me during a really really tough time and I really appreciate it. Sorry it tooks so long to write this, the move was in August but...recovery has been slowing me down. The kindness of strangers had been surprising and appreciated!
