When we place an order, the batteries are usually delivered within the next day or two. The Customer service people are pleasant to speak to and are always willing to help.

In my experience INTERSTATE BATTERY is a better product then their competitors, the battery is more reliable then other brands. As for the service at INTERSTATE ALL BATTERY, I wasn't taken advantage of because I'm a woman, When I called to confirm the type of INTERSTATE BATTERY I wanted for my SUV was in stock, they asked for my vehicle information to be sure it was the right fit. Upon arrival to pick up the NEW INTERSTATE BATTERY , They tested it without my asking them to test it. So, yes INTERSTATE BATTERY is fantastic product and INTERSTATE ALL BATTERY CENTER provides excellent customer service to all.
