01/18/2024….employee(CHRIS NOLAN). cancelled my reservation and denied me service and turned down my business. All because i asked them to put the refundable amount of $300 on my receipt and initial it. So he began to edit the contract by writing it on the back of the receipt.and after I told him his hand writing was very good. He gave me a look like if he was about to hurt me. Then he cancelled my reservation. So I explained to him it was a complement and I am sorry. But he chose his ego over making money. He threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave the building. It was a very cold day and I was not allowed to wait inside for my Uber. to pick my car at the next rental location.

Great customer service, easy to book, and convenient location. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because the selection of cars is limited to a handful of options only; they might not have every class of cars. Compared to other "non airport" rental locations it may be about the same on a day when all their cars are available. The minivan alternative I got was great, no issues with it. Will book again from here just for the customer service.

State farm reserved a car after a fender bender to my personal vehicle and selected this location and i can say this location goes above and beyond ! Excellent customer service wish more economic cars were available. Thank you for the rental the car rode amazing with no issues

Honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had - once you can find it! Really nice and engaged staff, I never felt like I was being upsold and car did what was needed while my car was in the shop.Highly recommend!

Note to GEICO It is essentially a criminal Enterprise that in no way maintains the Enterprise standards of quality or customer support.This place will sell out its insurance customers any time it gets a better deal from the public.I got a verbal confirmation when I booked through the 800 no. AND a follow up call from their office confirming it, but when I got there they denied this booking existed - even though I showed a call log from their office and had two adult witnesses in my car at the time!Needless to say, they made no attempt to source a car from a sister office for the abvious reason that they are in cahoots, as I found out when I went to said sister office on Queens Blvd!If you think you must go, at the very least get your order in writing. But it probably wouldn't matter because they consider insurance customers disposable. And they will lie to straight faced!Also, don't believe the ads - THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL PICK YOU UP OR DROP YOU OFF!I have used other suburban Enterprises in the past and I was highly satisfied but this is a bandit operation. If you don't believe me read the other comments on poor maintenance and dangerous cars.PS I did complain to Enterprise.Crickets....Buyer beware!

Had to get a rental because of my car going to the body shop. The rental process was super easy and even though my car needed wipers we were able to quickly resolve it.

5 ⭐️ for customer service. However, some cars are not well maintained. I rented a 2021 Mazda 3; its brake was horrible. Tires were below 25 PSI. I had to inflate. Do a test drive before renting it.

Im not one to leave negative reviews and hurt businesses, but please beware of this location and avoid it if you can. They are unprofessional in the sense they dont follow up with customers when they say they will in a timely manner. Its extremely difficult to get through during the day unless you call right when they open. I had to call multiple times to speak to 3 different representatives including the manager. They dont communicate well or at all unless you're on top of them. I went in to switch out a rental for a smaller vehicle and they couldnt do that as they dont have much of a selection. When asked for satisfaction regarding their customer service, i shared this exact feedback and the manager got defensive and couldnt take constructive criticism nor any accountability for him and his team falling short with communication.

Second time renting from enterprise. However this time will be my last time. When it came time to close the contract there was an agreement on how much everything was however 2-3 weeks later my card continued to be charged with miscellaneous charges. When trying to resolve the issue and find out what the exact charges were for, the branch and the customer service line would continue to redirect me back and forth and not provide any answers. After a strenuous process I was finally able to speak to the area manager in which she did not have the answers to the charges as well. Sad to say but I will be renting from other companies from now on.
