Worst bank ever. To withdraw the money from the teller took like 20min. Only 2 tellers available during rush hours. Will never come back to this location.

My recent experience opening a savings account at this Citibank branch was extremely disappointing. The employees remained behind their computers and did not approach or assist the customers who had been waiting for hours. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and competence. They urgently need training to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in customer service. I wasted an hour waiting, and when I approached the employee in the first cabin on the right from the entrance near the Staples store, she appeared offended when I politely asked if someone could assist us.

The ATM here stole my money! Deposited like 700 bucks into the ATM before the ATM took my money and showed an error message. My account never updated with my recent deposit.

staff here are racist we are on line on the list while we wait staff choose their customer and literally cross out my son name on the list . Purposely to serve there Kind or race so what is the purpose of writing the name on a list when they see not there kind or race they ignore or make excuses
