“Came here yesterday- mounting, balancing and alignments for 4 new tires. In and out, no fuss no bull. To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”

“Quality work, reasonable prices, terrible communication. Make sure you're clear with them before picking up your car that it is 100% ready to go. First time I showed up, AFTER they called to let me know that my car was ready, I was told that in fact they'd forgotten a service and, "Didn't think I'd get here that quickly." :/ Had to leave my car there and received no offer to compensate me for their mistake, nor did I get a response from Mike when I emailed him to let him know. I then had to follow-up to confirm my car was ready the next business day, which they confirmed, and when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to power wash my car from the bird crap and residue it collected in their lot that weekend. Didn't dry my car so got to drive it back soaking wet. Once again, no apology for the wait or miscommunication.”

“East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. “Frank of Astoria Auto Repair is truly the best - he went to small claims court with me a decade ago and helped me win against a used car dealership. I bought a new car in 2015 so we didn't see each other for a long time. This year, my car has been having troubles- I've taken it to the service center twice and each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it. I replaced the battery myself. Finally, this week, it's straight up would not start, so I called Frank. He told me to bring it in same day, diagnosed the problem same day, and even called the place I had gotten the battery to notify them, complain on my behalf, and ensure I'd be able to get a full refund for the purchase!Frank really cares, is an old school expert, and I hope you will give him your business, should you have need!”
