This So called dealer is the epitome of a total low life dealership. The fact they are still in business is astonishing. All the negative reviews I’ve read, basically summarize the experience my mother endured today. In need of a vehicle, my mother went there interested in a 2016 Toyota rav 4, the vehicle was in an accident. Minor one but still an accident. She and Les if not mistaken , agreed to a price of 17000.00. I who lives far away got on the phone with Les and verified that price with him. He responded yes brother. I told him she’s giving 10k down to finance the remainder… yes brother. Against my advice my , Mom decided to buy it. I told les do not under any circumstance try and sell her a third party warranty. It’s a scam. “Yes brother” so 10k down finance the remaining 7k with dmv fees “yes? Yes brother. She has her plates an registration all you need to do is switch that for her “yes brother” great please put my mom back on the phone. 10 minutes later I get a call from my mother informing her that these low lives all of the sudden add 5k on the price “internet finance price” luckily my mother being a pretty smart woman got the hell out of dodge. I called “les” or Kevin and asked “explain to me how you’re coming up with an additional 5k when the price was agreed too at 17k. “ internet price” oh it’s the finance price. And I respond ok at what point did you disclose this deceitful tactic. He said I told your mother. Clearly he did not, not only that this genius forgets he spoke to me on the phone. Folks do yourselves a favor. Spend your money elsewhere, where people are honest, upfront and not deceitful as are these scam artists. How is it possible that they take advantage of the wonderful broad community that exists in woodside. How dare they do that. The nyc chamber of commerce and the better business bureau should be aware of this treacherous lie. All those positive reviews are either lies or people who got scammed right under their noses. I cannot believe, for one instance that they have done one honest transaction in the past. Once a scam artist always a scam artist.

They False advertise their vehicles and inflate the prices once they get you o their place of business and sell fraudulent warranties the number posted to their website isn’t even a valid number they are crooks I want it to be known.

BUYERS BEWARE! DON"T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!They take a picture of you before you can say no, after a long days ordeal, they ask you to give a thumbs up- so you do it. Only to later realize you were scammed by 15k when you look at the paperwork. The sticker price will be plus 15k, they keep you there so long that you are beaten down. DO NOT put money down BEFORE they reveal financing to you, they make you sign that you can NOT get it back - fineprint. NO COMPANY makes you pay a significant amount down without you knowing the final monthly payment. Oh wait, the slick scammers at this company actually do.

Don't get fooled by their prices. Add 6000$ (dealer prep+ down + warranty) more with the listed prices to get the actual price excluding tax and license plates. And also the agent (not mentioning her name) was rude to us with her answers which i understand probably because of the stress at work.

Overall car buying is stressful, and luckily, I don't have to go through this process for a (very) long time again. Bought a vehicle I am pleased with. Lauren was helpful with process, and the other staff were pleasant.

Ask for Sophia! She was so helpful and considerate. I haven’t purchased a car in years so I was very overwhelmed. She stayed well past closing hours to answer all of our questions and get me into my dream car. She took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with this big buy. She was so sweet. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a car I was not comfortable with. And on top of all that I got the best deal you can think of, I still can’t find a better deal than the one I was offered. So if your looking for a good price and fantastic service this is the place.

Horrible experience - READ THE BAD REVIEWS... THEY ARE ALL TRUE! I saw a Mazda CX-5 listed for 16,999. I called and asked if there were any fees and was told there were not, the price would be 16,999 + taxes + registration... Then I saw these reviews and was a bit concerned and called again, voiced my concerns and was assured that there would be no fees and the price would be 16,999... So I book an appointment and drive an hour into the city to see the car.I check out the car, and everything looks good then the sales person says he needs to 'breakdown the numbers' aka raise the price over 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS... 1k for a dealer prep fee, the car is 5k more because I wanted to pay cash... blah blah blah... I told him that I called and asked what the price is multiple times to avoid this exact scenario he told me that the receptionist doesn't know the prices or 'the breakdown' and there was nothing he could do. Completely misleading and a total scam!I'm convinced every positive review on here is false because who would fall for this scam?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN GOING HERE!

Stay clear away from this place found there car add on CarGuru for 22000 for 2019 keep Cherokee with 31000 miles and that was a great deal. Called to ask about any additional fees the finance manager told there no other hidden fees just tax and dmv fees and she guaranteed me which was a lie. They added 8 thousands in fees and honestly wasted my time. The other reviewers are honest when they say to stay clear away from this place

I should have listened to the reviews. They charge 6k certification fee and a 995 dealership fee. Totally ripping people off. When we were taken to the garage where they had the car, the car we were taken in died lol. The lady who gave us the price didn’t even tell us her name. Not recommended.
