“Got recommended this spot for my alignment. Spoke over Instagram, got me a spot in the morning right away. I didn’t have to wait or anything drove right in. They were very knowledgeable and I am no dummy. I know when the work is good. Wheel Alignments range from 100$ onwards but they are on the higher side but they do everything don’t do a quick job. I was satisfied with the job and will be going back for all my auto needs. I just felt the vibe was right , you weren’t getting ripped off and Ricky seems truly an honest person.”

“An exceptional experience! For the past 14 years, I’ve been leasing new cars, and the thing I dread the most is taking my car in for maintenance or repairs because service centers often show little to no care for your vehicle. At places like Queens Volvo/BMW and Manhattan Land Rover service centers, your car is often treated poorly, leaving it scratched or dirty after service. But not here.
At this service center, they truly value your car. They cover the seats with plastic and place protective mats under the pedals. There’s no reckless driving that could result in scratches or damage. They also make every effort to provide a loaner car of the same class as your vehicle, and I was able to secure a loaner just two days after making my appointment—a stark contrast to Queens Volvo or Manhattan Land Rover, where you might have to wait 1-2 months for a loaner, and getting one in the same class as your car is nearly impossible!
What also stood out was the warm and professional service. My service advisor, Maria, was exceptional—her professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression. Her thoughtful and attentive care alleviated the anxiety I felt over the issues with my new car.
The high-quality service, respectful treatment of my vehicle, and the outstanding attitude of the staff made this experience both surprising and memorable. Highly recommended!”

His calming energy turns what can be a stressful time full of questions and doubt into a fun time full of solutions and assurance. The shop itself is wonderfully messy and your eyes can roam the scenery for hours. But don’t let appearances fool you: this is the home of a master and his fine team of expert tradesmen. Magnum Automotive is an American treasure. A cable channel could probably make a hit show based on this place, but thankfully they don’t and for us mechanical dudes, coming here is a rare pleasure. “Frank of Astoria Auto Repair is truly the best - he went to small claims court with me a decade ago and helped me win against a used car dealership. I bought a new car in 2015 so we didn't see each other for a long time. This year, my car has been having troubles- I've taken it to the service center twice and each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it. I replaced the battery myself. Finally, this week, it's straight up would not start, so I called Frank. He told me to bring it in same day, diagnosed the problem same day, and even called the place I had gotten the battery to notify them, complain on my behalf, and ensure I'd be able to get a full refund for the purchase!Frank really cares, is an old school expert, and I hope you will give him your business, should you have need!”

“Fixed Auto Repair, in Woodside Queens, NY, did an amazing job with helping us with a serious problem of a flat tire and a corroded and fused tire lug nut, that several other tire repair shops were not able to fix. Fix Auto Repair lived up to their name. They ultimately had to forcefully remove the lug nut and stud by. successfully drilling off the bolt without damaging the tire wheel rim. They replaced the the tire wheel stud and lug nut, and fixed the flat tire.All of this done on a major holiday, when many other Mechanic shops were closed. The guys who provided the services were really friendly, and professional. And they charged a very reasonable fee for their work.We have decided that Fixed Auto Repair will be our go to shop for our vehicles and we recommend them for anyone in the Woodside (QNS), NY surrounding area.”

“My wife and I had been going to Adiel's for car repair service for years. So after I had an accident in which a car rear-ended my vehicle into another car in front of me, we knew where to go immediately.
We didn't know that the business had been sold to Avid. But what a blessing that turned out to be. Avid was legendary in his kindness, attentiveness, and assistance. Truly, I cannot overstate the incredible quality of service we received. Even though Avid clearly had many clients to support, he made me feel like I was the only one with his attention to my case.
As an English teacher, I value communication skills above all else. Avid explained everything to me in the clearest terms, both aloud and in writing via text messages. He told me exactly what next steps I needed to take and what I could expect. At all times, it was clear that he was speaking from a wealth of experience, knowledge, and legitimate expertise in the world of auto repair.
Everything he told me to expect played out exactly as he described, and I followed his instructions to a very agreeable resolution. At all times, the communication and support were stellar.

“Gotta' shout this business out. I only went there for an oil change which, ok - they did their diligence and were thorough and quick.But it's really their professionalism that caught me by surprise.There was this one rude customer who apparently was in the parking lot 1.5 hours before they opened and started demanding their immediate service because he was tired (his early arrival, not being in any part 'their' choice or responsibility).This customer was snarky, was cursing at the lady under his breath, snapping back, and had this aura of entitlement that bordered on male-ego.This lady did a master class on how to respectfully handle a horrible customer, while simultaneously ensuring the other customers did not feel odd. She addressed his concerns, ran that front office, and not once lost her cool.Again, all I did was get an oil change - but there were about 5 different customers who were dropping off or picking up cars and had great interactions with this lady and the staff, which was indicative of return customers who were pleased.When I closed out, I received a detailed report of the full inspection they did with my oil change. Everything done with a high degree of professionalism.If I were in need, based on today's interaction alone, I would return and be open to doing business here again.”
