“When I arrived I realized that the new car lot and pre-owned lot are a few blocks apart. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle. The lot is small and vehicles are packed in tight. The inventory looks great.
I recommend Miss Alexis. I made an appointment with her and she met me with a smile. She’s knowledgeable, courteous, smart, and very helpful. She followed up and was with me at every step of the process without being the “pushy” salesperson.”
“Tire ruptured while driving to an event, the day was saved thankfully since I was near this tire shop so I drove there as slowly and carefully as possible. It was good experience, the mechanic was quick and quite skilled. Got the job done in under 30 minutes and saved the day for me as it was getting late and my only other option was to tow my car. However the manager it seemed tried to upsell the price of the tire change so we had to negotiate a bit to get a fair price. Other than that great experience.”

“I was not sure if I needed a new battery or a rebuilt alternator as I wanted to save time before my buddy Mechanic met me at my garage. Thankfully the manager at advance auto parts in queens told me as Long as the battery or alternator is not install or disinstall (is that a word ) I can return either one for refund or credit .Great news it was the battery and a simple job and instead of refund I got a bunch of car accessories totaling almost 200 bucks which was price of alternator, YOU can never have enough antifreeze , motor oil. Flares, replacement belts , bulbs , etc. Overall a good auto parts store will a good inventory of car parts and accessories with workers who know car parts .”
