The team here is crazy!
I called in a Thursday midday, the first number didn’t answer for two calls, the second number answered.
This office have a huge sign that “FREE TAX ID” and “GRATIS TAX ID”.
I talked with him and he was asleep or something.
And he said the tax id is $250 ?

This was my 3rd and last year with this company. They always seemed like good people. Haven’t had issues until this time. They have clearly made a mistake and I was charged for my federal tax TWISE. My bank account went in overdraft. They didn’t help me resolve this issue. I came in the office to try to get some help about this- they told me: ‘Panos is not in the office, he filed your tax- we cannot help you, call after 3pm’. I called too many times - they don’t answer, for days. They say we’ll call you back - they never call back. So basically after you pay them the filing fee they don’t care to help you anymore, and forget about you ?And unless you push them and keep calling them (not promised they will even pick up) they won’t try to help. They rarely answer the phone calls. Not doing taxes with you anymore. Not reliable. You definitely need to do better! Best of wishes and good luck! ??

If I could give 10 STARS it wouldn't be enough. My first time getting my taxes done along with my son, and Panos was simply amazing. Took the time to really get to know us and treated us like family. The young man in the front was also very helpful and friendly. I Truly cannot say enough about Alpha Tax. I highly recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU Panos!!!

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! all you will do with any "refund" you receive will be given right back to the IRS plus interest!! one of the biggest regrets of my life was ever using this "business" any license to do what they allege to do should be revoked immediately!!!

Friendly owner and team at the office but terrible at follow ups and communication. Once you finish filing your tax and paying for the service, be prepared not to be helped afterwards for a long time. They will say "we have to service other people at this time". Again, they are polite but that's how to get you through the door. I went to someone else moving forward to file my taxes and apparently a certified public accountant said "i'm lucky i was not audited in the past years due to incorrect filing". After 2 full years, I never received my tax return and my wife and I have given up. Not worth the trouble to pay high filing fees.

A Tax aAccounting & Financial Services excellent place to do your taxes, knowledgeable, professional services including bilingual staff at your service.The tax forms are prepared by a Certified, IRS Register Preparerer, I'm very cautious with my personal information specially during Tax season, but at A Tax I trust them with my personal information.Mr. Panos and his staff are trustworthy individuals, they also provided services within and outside the community.I been doing my taxes for the last 3 years and even though we just move and now live in Brooklyn we still travel to Queens, we always come here, they are highly reliable tax preparer and they were highly recommended thru friends whom also due business with A Tax.If you need your taxes done this is a place to do it.Conveniently located in Sunnyside Queens, we'll known for the Spiderman movies scene.You can walk from 46th St 7 Train Subway Station then just stroll up and see many restaurants and supermarkets along the way.When you get to 47th St and 47th Ave, you can't miss a huge statue of Uncle Sam, this is a great place to do business.

This place is run by truly fantastic people, those you wished to have at the customers service of every store. They really want to help and try assist you in their best possible way. Service is also quick and 100% satisfying. The Sunnyside-Queens community should be thankful to have this place and people. Whoever gave less than 5 stars has no idea what he/she is talking about, or was trying to compensate for his/her own fault.
