Didn’t appreciate the nonchalant response of returning my actual money that I was waiting on from my prior landlord. I was in the hospital and they couldn’t even hold it for an extra few days. I really didn’t like that.

Lost a card in the mail and couldn't get help, just have to wait and see if it becomes return to sending have a money order in it. The trick ti receiving the cash back is you needed to have USPS receipt alone with money order receipt. So don't throw away and receipts until all transactions is complete. My lost ?

ALWAYS, without fail, refusing to accept my fully paid packages. I don't even know why they remain opened if they just reject packages.

Horrible. The manager is the worst of the bunch too. They gave a neighbor my mail just because they asked for it. They refuse to give us a mail route so we have to pick our packages and mail up at the post office. When we pick up packages we constantly have to go back and to pick up what they forgot to give us the first trip. Just to mention some of the issues. I wish we could go elsewhere and I don't understand why the Federal postal service hasn't stepped in by now. This has been going on for years in our area of Woodridge.
