Christina and her staff create the most loving and fun environment for the dogs they groom! I get so much pleasure watching my dog struggling to get inside to greet the staff and dogs without any anxiety In the 3 years of taking my dog to Loving Touch I have only had great experiences and would never consider going anywhere else!

I select 0 stars but had to put in 1 star. This place was awful. When I called to get an appointment I explained that I had adopted a shelter dog. I was asked if the dog's hair was matted and honestly said no. When I took my dog in for her appointment the woman said her hair was matted and grabbed a comb and started combing her legs, there were a few tangled hairs but really very little. We brush her at home constantly but the woman said you don't use a comb so it's not good enough. The woman said she needed to be shaved and they don't do that. She suggested I take to my dog elsewhere because no one will take care of her around here. A shelter dog is bound to have problems. What an uncaring woman without a soul. She acted like the place was too good for a shelter dog! It all felt like an excuse because she wasn't a pedigree dog!

I just started taking my dog here a few months ago and they have been fantastic. My dog is afraid of water and the girl who bathes her is very kind and patient. I haven't dealt with anyone who is rude or lazy - every time I've called or gone in, everyone has been very nice and helpful.

Christina did a great job grooming my dog! She was so sweet to my dog that she made it so easy for my dog feel right at home. Professional and kind at the same time.

DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Wish I could give no stars! I have gone here for the past 10 years or more. The old owners were wonderful! The newer owner Christina is just getting worse and worse the older she gets. LAZY LAZY LAZY! Also RUDE RUDE RUDE! So I left Ollie who used to groom my Shih Tzu and I should have never done that bc she was so sweet and so amazing but the owner some how got me to start going to her instead bc I guess she isn't so nice to the people that work for either steeling their customers. So the last few times of grooming my Shih Tzu she tells me she needs to be shaved every single time bc it's easier and with her being a little older she is better off just being buzzed all over, even on the face! Why? Bc she is LAZY! So instead of making my Shih Tzu look cute with a cute cut she takes the easy way out and buzzes her right down to nothing and apparently she is starting to do this to all of her dogs bc they are all coming out of there with buzz cuts! Well when I got my new pup who was a Cavapoo she just could not groom her good! She rushes through every dog and just does a sloppy job. My Cavapoo came out of this shop looking like a 2 year old got to her hair with a pair of scissors 3 times in a row. The last 2 grooms were ok but I got an attitude about my dog having knots. Well today I went in there and she turned me away and told me to take my dog to a vet to have her shaved down to nothing and I can come back when it grows in! My dog was hardly even knotty. I have OCD with keeping my dogs clean and nice looking so she was hardly knotty or "matted" as she would say and she told me to leave bc she wouldn't do it. Worst groomer ever! So unprofessional. Brought my Cavapoo somewhere else and I was able to watch them brush her. They got her knots out no problem by using a little doggy conditioner and she came out soft and cute with the cutest cut like a little teddy bear! Something that Christina could never do! Never! Time for a new profession Christina! Stop shaving down all your dogs and giving them ugly cuts. The only dog she doesn't shave down is her own and that's the only dog you see in any of the pics from her shop. It's ridiculous. I should have left you a long time ago bc I haven't been happy with you for a long time now! Look at the pics of what she has done to my dog... totally botched up! I circled all the mistakes she made. Do these pics look like a teddy bear cut???? You can see the one pic of what my dog should look like!

The best dog grooming salon in the 5 towns. Christina and her staff have always treated my fur babies like their own. For 16 years Loving Touch has shown me kindness, consoled me and my family in time of loss of our pets and continue to love our babies. They always provide consistent beautiful grooms keeping my Fifi smelling great and looking adorable. She pulls me in to go and pulls me back when leaving because she wants to stay. I only trust Christina and her staff with my babies!! I highly recommend!

Christina is an absolute angel!!! I have been seeing her for years with my bichon frise and she treats him as if he was her own fur baby! She takes such good care of him and makes him look oh so handsome, even though he is a tough boy when he is with her! I can’t recommend Christina enough, she does her job because she absolutely loves it and that really translates into her work! The whole salon is just the best best place for dog grooming!!!

I took my dog here the other day , first time I’ve ever taken him here because my other groomer was really expensive and I couldn’t afford it at the time. I have shaved him down a month prior of taking him to the groomers. He had no issues. My dog never had any issues with going to the groomers or with me shaving him down. I dropped him off and I waited 3 hours for them to call me saying that they have multiple people cutting his hair because he was biting and became aggressive. They also stated he was never like this. I have never taken him to this shop before so I truly didn’t understand . Ever since this grooming visit my dog has became fearful of anyone touching his paws or if someone places their hands on his back he gets fearful and tries to bite . I don’t know what occurred that day in this grooming salon but my dog is no longer the same after that visit . If I have to be charged extra because he is biting there should be muzzles at hand for dogs such as seniors who can no longer tolerate the grooming .

She’s gentle and very nice with the animals. The grooming is always done well. Neither which I could say for certain chain stores grooming experience.
