Christina and her staff create the most loving and fun environment for the dogs they groom! I just started taking my dog here a few months ago and they have been fantastic. My dog is afraid of water and the girl who bathes her is very kind and patient. I haven't dealt with anyone who is rude or lazy - every time I've called or gone in, everyone has been very nice and helpful.
