Every single time I come to this location the service is below one star, if I could give it a minus star I would . They are rude , they close early all the time , I’ve been siting here since 9am waiting for the store to open and it’s now 10am and the doors are still closed and no one is in the store .
I’m not sure why people get jobs working with people and clearly they are not for the people.
They are always in a rush and very rude .

Went to shop here met Hali the store manager she must be from the ghetto. She has no management skills. She is beyond disrespectful and shows no experience nor professionalism in customer service. She proceeded to tell me I was there to nit pick after i entered the store to exchange an item i guess i was not clear as she stated on what i wanted. I would think
if i presented the item i am exchanging i would not have to be an clearer if am returning a female item why show me a male version with a higher price? When i questionsed the price the manger was quick to sarcastically stated " well maybe you're weren't clear enough! I later picked up a top and replaced it.
( I was not able to refold it perfectly as they do). She came over literally grabbed the top and threw it down onto a table a male employee was working on to be refold. I then stated "what customer service" and of course she stated I was there to nit pick and was ready to curse me out while the male employee watched with a smirk on his face. After i reqested to pay for my items including one of th item she grabbed she then instructed him to assist me. She is loud , and shows no class whatsoever. Be careful she is hot headed and will curse out customers in a second.

Went to the Snipes in Rosedale at 7:35 p.m. on a Saturday and the door was locked, looked in and saw an employee who said they were closed. Why do your store hours say you close at 8:00 p.m.? ?
