The staff here is very unwelcoming. They have zero customer service skills as far a simple good morning when you approach for assistance, or when you arrive at the register to check out. No thank you. Have a nice day. Just blank faced zombie like behavior.

Expensive. Poor selection of mehadrin strictly kosher products. Specifically, it did not have a lot of Pat Yisrael or Cholov Yisrael items. Especially in the snacks department.

Alejandro in “customer service” is a public relations disaster. Alejandro / Alesandro is Hispanic, wearing glasses, and orthodontic braces on his teeth, about 25 to 30 years old, black hair short cropped, about 5‘9“ tall. He is extremely rude and has no customer service skills and doesn’t know the policies of the store. He is a nightmare and a detriment to the Gourmet Glatt brand.

Good kosher food and service at a convenient location. Parking lot and store can get crowded on Thursdays and Fridays.

Shelves not fully stocked at 1pm in the afternoon. Hard to locate products. Well designed prepared foods. Bad store design and flow.

Good resource for quick shopping trip. Some items are overpriced while others have decent sales. Free parking is a plus.

Every kind of kosher food you can think of with numerous choices. Attractively presented. Some items, like meat, can be pricey. Plenty of free parking.

i shop at this store every week the variety is there for the most part.there are some items that they stopped carrying which is sad but overall its my go to place
