I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Sign and I must say, the experience was exceptional. She greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel instantly welcomed. Their knowledge about the products was impressive, and they went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Throughout the entire interaction, Sign remained professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. I left the store feeling satisfied and grateful .

The Pharmacy is severely deteriorating in service, professionalism and product. Lines are always dramatically long for pickup and you cant ever get through to them over the phone. Shelves are barely stocked with product.

The pharmacy is unprofessional , useless and very unhelpful. I will not be filling my prescriptions here again.There is no customer service whatsoever.

I waited an hour to get an answer on the phone, I didn’t want to walk in for the hundredth time to get told that they continuously charge the wrong insurance.they never review doctors notes, they always use wrong insurance for prescriptions even when it clearly states no Fault. Horrible pharmacist manager and staff is rude and disrespectful. I was addressing this issue to management as employee yells and cuts me off without any consideration.

I went into the cvs to pick-up my daughters finally after a week of postponing and not be able to pick it up. I came out of the store thinking that the guy put into the bag for me with all the rest of the stuff I bought. I came home to realize that the medicine wasn't even in the bag. I called up to speak to the pharmacy on hold for hours just to speak to anyone. I called again to speak to the manager the manager all rude with no personality at all - says let me check the medicine is still there. I asked I am unsatisfied with the service he forgot to put into the bag and in the end the manager had no response expect that that the medicine is still there after all. I told him I was very unhappy with the service and I will be filling a complaint the manager said okay and hang up the phone. This country is getting worse and worse - no one cares about anyone and they really don't care about anyone. So rude and nasty never going back to this cvs again.

Most pharmacists here are knowledgeable, professional and patient. Most pharmacists clerks here are the total opposite. At least from my experiences. Tonight the clerk gave me controlled med new to me yet I was not offered counseling by the clerk. Cringe at the thought of having to pick up in evenings or weekend here. On verge of going elsewhere.

In 9 months with this pharmacy i have not had 1 good experience. My medications have been held to get approval from my doctor which has never happened at any other cvs. When i was out of insurance, they would scan the medicine and ask me if i really needed it because it was expensive. I take mental health medication. How dare they? My most recent nightmare experiences were 11/6 and 11/5. I was recently approved by Medicaid, and the pharmacists clearly had no idea what they were doing. Both days they told me i had to call for things from Medicaid, which i did and Medicaid said none was necessary. My doctor had to call cvs and speak with them and she had never done that with any patient over the past 7 years. Further, the pharmacists don't talk quietly and he was speaking to me from across the way very loudly so it was not private. I have been using cvs for years but as of today I am switching to Walgreens.
