Made an appointment just to get a trim before I went on a trip. Showed her a photo of what I wanted and gave direct instructions. The haircut was clearly rushed because of the speed she was going at and because another client came in and told her she had an appointment. Did not do at all what I asked and cut my hair much shorter then I wanted. I have come here a lot in the past and got my haircut cut by someone else but clearly the quality isn’t the same between stylists. I could have gone to a barber shop for half the price and gotten the same quality haircut.

I have been a customer at Bewitched @ Cheveux Salon for 10 years. The Salon employes THE nicest people. You feel very special. The Salon is very clean, The hairstylist are extremely talented ?; I've referred friends who are very pleased.

Well..spending the day at a Hair Salon hasn't been my idea of a fun day, until I met MariaLisa. MariaLisa understood my vision. I have mid-length curly hair, and, anyone with curly hair knows how tricky it is to color and she hits the mark. I come to her for highlights every 4mo or whenever I need to freshen up my roots/color. I get compliments on my hair EVERY time I leave Cheveaux. Besides making me look good, MariaLisa became a friend. While I sit and wait for my color we chat and drink coffee and laugh. The overall environment is pleasant, and MariaLisa is the one to go to for bling highlights - you won't be disappointed!

I got a chemical burn from a colorist. My head was burning and I kept saying my scalp really hurt by my hairline on the right and they ignored it. When I looked closer, a chunk of my hair in the front was missing and I woke up w a big scab and missing hair in that spot. I called to complain and no one called me back. I had to call another 4 times to talk to anyone. They made me come back into the salon bc they didn't believe me. Mary the head colorist was not apologetic but minimized the bald spot and scab. She refused to give me my money back and offered a gift card and I said of course I don't want to return. She got mad and walked away then came back to say she'd only give me 65$ of my 200+ bill

My friend brought me here as a referral for her friend and stylist and I love this place. It's very clean, friendly and professional. It's a full service salon. I usually get my very curly, unruly hair washed and cut and she does a wonderful job and I trust her which is a big deal for me. They're all approachable, personable and meet you're needs. It's a family owned business.

I came last minute for my daughter’s bat mitzvah on Sunday. Everyone their was so nice. The woman doing my daughters hair was not able to do the the two braids my daughter wanted. The young woman who welcomed in at the front desk ran to assistance and was so friendly to my daughter. Made daughter so much happier. And its very hard to please that little one! She walked out of there talking about how sweet that young woman was to her. Its nice to know people work at this salon actually love what they’re doing and even the people at the reception know how to do astonishing hair as well! My daughter has never bragged about someone like that ever!

I had a very pleasant experience from when I booked my appointment. I just moved to town, and heard that it was a great salon. From when I walked through the doors they already knew my name! I felt like I was at home. My hair looked amazing! The young lady who did my hair was phenomenal, my hair hasn’t looked this good in years.
