OMG!! This is the worst post office I have ever been to. These workers hate their jobs, and the level of service they offer is horrible. They forgot they have a job to take food to their families because of the customers. Why have a rude face all the time? Why not smile? Why would you treat customers with an attitude at all times? Where are the managers and supervisors of this place??

This is the worst experience I've ever had. The lady with the glasses name is JD. She's in charge of applying for passports... Her attitude was terrible and rude!

This is the worst post office ever. The lady that works at the passport window on the Mondays is very rude and unprofessional. She wears glasses. She is very disrespectful and always in a bad mood. She needs to learn to be polite and do her job properly.

Workers are out of date, brought in a return with a USPS QR code to return, got turned away because she didn’t know how to do it. Please train your staff.

This is my favorite post office! I see other people's comments about customer service being slow or unprofessional, but I travel from Brooklyn (walk, bus and 2 trains away) to utilize this post office's services. I understand that things change over time and most customer would want the same service exuded 50 or even 5 years ago. I have been a customer for a few years and I appreciate this location. For being open for a mere 3.5 hours on Saturdays, their service is great! Try going to the location in Canarsie, Brooklyn on Flatlands Avenue and you'll get long lines, mis-delivered mail, stolen mail and NO ACCOUNTABILITY. So, at least, I haven't experienced anything less than stellar performance from Woodhaven's location.

Very bad service, in that mail only one man who delivers letters to my house is polite, now there is a young man who looks Puerto Rican who is the worst, rude, poorly educated, arrogant and does a terrible job, here on several occasions he has left letters that They are not from this house or this street and when you let him know he even treats you with bad words.

Not sure why the hate, but my experience here was nothing but exemplary.Came for a passport appointment. Showed up slightly early and staff accommodated without a fuss, even though one just came back from a break. Both attendants were kind and helpful, and very efficient. I also had my photos taken, and they let me check the shots and pick the one I preferred. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Oh, I wasn't able to get photocopies of my documents either, and they were helpful enough to do it there (for a small fee, $1).I've been to shtty USPS locations (Wyckoff, I'm looking at you), and this wasn't it.
