A single star, because I can't give it zero star. I do not recommend it, I went to send some documents for the Dominican Republic, there was a man very disinterested in doing his job, he told me to write the address of the person to whom the documents are addressed, then I wrote all the information, when I was writing it, he told me it is 79 dollars without me asking him.
Then I passed him the person's information and he tells me that the address was very long that I had to make it shorter because he couldn't write much, but in a very disgusting way, I'll never go there again.He so nasty

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICESVery rude staff. They do U-Haul reservations and add coverage without asking. I put online no coverage and they change it for you without asking. I’ve reserved at other locations and they always confirm my online selection before proceeding.I called to let them know and the man started screaming and being completely rude and unprofessional.

They only have to keep your things, otherwise not good and if they take out all your things, make sure to cancel your bank account, because even if they tell you that everything is ready, they keep taking the money from you and don't notify you, and if you ask refund you wait many days for only half to be returned to you and you have to be tough for that to happen.

Rude staff. They expect you to just leave your packages without giving you any type of receipt. I wouldn't trust them with my package.

We had an amazing experience with Frank and his team member. The day started with a frantic call from me when I realized that I had scheduled the pod delivery and movers for different days (sigh). Frank answered the phone bright and early and approached the whole situation with a "we'll make it work, don't worry" attitude that was SO appreciated. Frank rallied and was to my door with his friendly, capable team member in less than two hours. From there it was all a breeze. They had one man inside moving boxes from the apartment to the trailer, then Frank was inside the trailer as the magician of the packing puzzle. They wrapped my fragile furniture in the blankets and shrink wrap I had on hand before safely arranging them in the trailer. The packing job was truly pro. My load was going all the way from Brooklyn to Denver, CO, so I needed everything to be stable and secure. The true testament was when we opened up the trailer in Denver and the unload crew said, "That's the best load job I've ever seen. We're used to an avalanche of stuff when we take the supporting wall away." We are so appreciative to Frank and his team. They made a big move smooth and confident. Thank you!!

Frank with On The Move USA really great. I had a U-Box shipped from across the country and he collected it from the U-Haul location and unloaded all of the items to two locations. The service was quick, the price was reasonable and Frank did a great job of communicating. I highly recommend this service. Thank you!

What a great experience! Reasonably cost. I moved within NYC Manhattan from Midtown East to Lower East. Frank (owner) came to the apartment the night before the move to wrap all of the furniture. He was professional and easy to talk to. Movers (Mike and Maurice) arrived on time the next morning. They were respectful of the furniture/boxes/bags and moved everything with care. They went the extra mile to make sure the move was easy for me. I moved from an elevator building to a 2nd floor walk up. To help keep the process smooth I happily watched the moving truck so it didn't get a ticket, made sure the elevator (during move out) was waiting for them, helped with the small bags/boxes and (during move in) unwrapped furniture and folded the moving blankets. I couldn't not help with all the work and effort they were putting in to the move. It made a big difference. Everything arrived and nothing was damaged. Note: Tip well and provide movers with drinks and food/snacks. It goes a long way!!
