“I had a tricky move to NYC from the west coast. It is the middle of the pandemic and I had a live unload move. I had a different company scheduled and they were giving me the worst time about what time I need them there, the problem was someone didn’t mark my move down as a live move where I got one hour notice. Long story short they ended up cancelling on me 30 minutes before my truck arrived so I needed a new company fast!Frank and his team were able to save the day. They came one hour after the truck arrived and were able to move all of my things up the 5 floor walk up in 2 hours! I would recommend them again. I started the morning in tears and ended it with relief. Thank you to On The Move USA for making this happen in a matter of hours! I am beyond grateful.”
