The store closes at 8:30. I just wanted to buy a pair of slippers for my mother. Manager refused to let me in. Saying the store closes at 8:30 for cleaning.

They close a little more than a whole hour before there’s supposed to. And when i asked the big puertorican lady she got rude and said its to clean up the store. Rainbows corporate definitely doesnt know they do this.

Horribly service the hours are not updated and I make a trip arriving at the store at 8 and they were already close :(;( disappointed ☹️

Why do they close 30 minutes earlier if they have the schedule at 9:30 i got there 9:01 and it was closed already, they should wait at least 10 min before not 30, its not the first time ?? they should change that.

I was not able to shop at this store. I got to the store at 8:20 and an employee and the manager Amira said that even though it clearly states here and on the storefront that it closes at 9:00P.M, they close an hour before and the employees go home at 9. I asked that they change the hours on google and on their storefront so that other people wouldn't be fooled and waste their time going there only to be turned away. I see as of now they have not honored my request.
