Unfortunately, I discovered a couple of scratches on my new vinyl flooring after a coffee table (with metal coverings on the bottom) was moved to make way for a futon from storage. Also, Simi needs to respond to messages in a timely manner. Otherwise, a positive experience.”

He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within given time. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my belongings. “I had a tricky move to NYC from the west coast. It is the middle of the pandemic and I had a live unload move. I had a different company scheduled and they were giving me the worst time about what time I need them there, the problem was someone didn’t mark my move down as a live move where I got one hour notice. Long story short they ended up cancelling on me 30 minutes before my truck arrived so I needed a new company fast!Frank and his team were able to save the day. They came one hour after the truck arrived and were able to move all of my things up the 5 floor walk up in 2 hours! I would recommend them again.
