Customer Service:I recently stepped into this furniture store and met salesman Augustin he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the selection process of choosing my new sofa set and closet. It was a nice place the first two couldn’t really understand what I was saying. Augustin was very helpful and the second guy that helped me. The furniture are cute just a bit pricey in my opinion. Things I looked at. Was going to get the leather bed but settled for a chest instead

I recommend Home Furnishing Center for the following reason:- White glove delivery is included in the price- They updated me by text with the status of my order (not a robot text)- They liaised with me for the best delivery date and were able to hold my order for a couple weeks while I went on vacation.Small downside: it was hard to communicate with the delivery people themselves as they spoke very little english. Thankfully, the store manager was responsive and able to speak to them in their languageAll in all, a very good experience
