Her expertise and negotiation skills were evident as she navigated through various options to ensure I got the best price possible. Antoinette's dedication to customer satisfaction was remarkable, and her efforts made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance on this purchase! Will definitely come back.”
“As a customer for over 40 years services have been at an optimum level . This is a community bank with several branches within the local, area. You are treated on a personal basis . The bank manager is extremely efficient, personable as the staff. If I could give 6 stars I would. Although we relocated we have decided to maintain our account at the Branch in Middle,Village on Eliot Ave.”

“I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”

“Overall: I would be open to ordering from Beatnic again. I wouldn't get a cookie, because that doesn't seem worth it to me, but the fries and burger are definitely good for their price. If you're in a position to dine-in, definitely do so, but if ordering out, you may need to reheat your food.Details (+prices):My food was cold when it was delivered to me, but I don't think this is a problem with the restaurant, probably the fact that it was delivered. Will be reheating my food next time!I ordered the classic burger ($9.95). As someone who eats meat, I definitely didn't miss having meat in this burger. The flavors in the burger were good. The sauce especially was very tasty. The pickles in the burger were phenomenal. They had the perfect balance of vinegar and sweetness, and were wonderfully crunchy. My one complaint about the burger is the bun. It wasn't warm and soft like the buns for burgers from other places. It's like if you made toast for breakfast, but forgot about it until dinner. The bun definitely suffered as a result of getting cold. The fries ($4.50) I ordered were also cold. The cut was nice and thick, which I enjoy. They're not heavily salted, so I could really taste the fluffy potato inside. I ordered mine with the chipotle aioli, which was a little tangy for my taste, but it had a pleasant amount of heat. If they were warm, they would definitely be crispyI also ordered an apple pie cookie ($4.00). The temperature didn't matter with this. The apple filling was only in the middle of the cookie, so you had a crunchy outer ring and chewy middle of the cookie. The powdered sugar on the outer rim was nice and really helped make that part tastier. The filling had the texture of actual apples ( like if you tried to make homemade apple sauce), so it was nice. I didn't find the cookie tasting like apple pie, but its a good cookie nonetheless.”

3123 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn“Eli is amazing. only guy in the area with integrity, and he used to teach mechanics that's how much he knows about cars. I asked him why I leak oil and he listed 5 possible causes in detail, and in a friendly and instructive way, and didn't start in on a hard sale. Look into his eyes, you will want him to be your mechanic, and your dad.”

291-299 W 33rd St, New York“The new station is so beautiful- light, airy- a million times better than the old station for Amtrak. There's a fancy entrance with skylight and escalators at 33rd and 7th (you see a perfectly framed view of the Empire State Building as you ride up the escalator), but this is not the quickest entrance for direct access to Amtrak; the entrance on 33rd and 8th is the most direct access to Amtrak (this entrance is on the side with the iconic steps on the outside). There are several waiting/lounge areas for Amtrak passengers. Unfortunately, the gorgeous looking Metropolitan Lounge on the second floor is only for certain passengers (Acela, first-class, Guest Rewards Select Plus and Select Executive). Still, the new lounge areas for the rest of us are still petty nice. Finally, I think the extra space has allowed Amtrak to make boarding a less crazy affair- clearer announcements, earlier boarding. Overall, a gigantic improvement- I always loved Amtrak and I love heading to the station, too.”

Do you damn banking and leave. With that said, low balance requirements, free checks, no lines to wait, competitive interest, LONG hour, open sunday. Lastly, the only place with a coin counting machines. Screw you TD bank. Give up your "convenient" title over”

The staff is extra friendly and professional. Fees are minimum. As the clientele is not huge they get to know you and treat you without rush and as family. They have many resources such as financial workshops, small business workshops and loans, free tax preparation, mobile app where you can deposit checks, among other great features. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!”

She was thorough and professional. English is my second language but she was very patient and made sure that I understood everything I needed to know. “After being given the "bum's rush" out the door because greedy HSBC Bank was exiting all their retail banking services, I was forced to vacate my safe deposit box and close out all my accounts. I was left out in the cold worrying about where to secure all my valuable paperwork which included deeds, service discharge papers, and a who slew of documents which filled a rather large box. Chase stepped up to the plate and I was not only able to get a safe deposit box gratis but was also able to link all my Chase accounts dating back some 40+ years. I now no longer waste hours having to trek into Manhattan (ugh!) each time I need to access my safe deposit box but just walk a block for banking nirvana. No more putting up with HSBC attitude with difficult to understand accents but have overly generous perks which I had to pay for previously at greedy HSBC. This includes interest on all my Chase accounts including savings, but more importantly interest on my checking accounts. Checks are FREE, ATM fees are waived, but more importantly no more costly annual rental fees for safe deposit boxes. Retail banking is slowly going by way of the dinosaur and I pity those of very modest means being gouged by all these banks and this includes both friends and family. Sign of the times and expected to grow even worse. Finally many thanks to William Zhang, a very gifted Chase employee who made my transition from evil HSBC to Chase a bit less stressful. Now if only Chase will staff multiple teller windows (versus just the one...ugh!) and bring back notary services it will be epic and worth shouting from the rooftops.”
